Refund Policy

Our services (including ANIMA system subscriptions) constitute digital content and services.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations, once you start downloading or streaming digital content, or if we start providing the service immediately with your consent, you lose your 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal).

Therefore, except as required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

If our service suffers a major technical failure that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.

Such cases will be evaluated by us on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to submit a request.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund (e.g., due to a technical fault), please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
