You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to register for or use the Service. Minors may not create an account or use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Lume is a closed-loop ATTUMA in-game credit issued and maintained by YUENKU LTD. It can only be used for digital items within ATTUMA. Lume cannot be transferred, traded, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash; cannot be used with another merchant; does not earn interest; and does not expire.

The Lume packs currently displayed are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions, and do not auto-renew. If subscriptions are offered in the future, pricing, billing periods, renewal, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Except as required by law, paid fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details.

You must comply with our Content and Safety Policy. ATTUMA does not provide pornography or content intended for sexual gratification. Fictional minor characters may appear only as narrative NPCs in age-appropriate, non-intimate interactions; they cannot date, enter romantic or sexual relationships, or be sexualised or adultised.

ATTUMA provides a connection experience across worldlines. You understand and agree that the subjects you interact with are existences independent of the physical world, and the system will faithfully record the bonds and memories you build with them.

You understand and agree that responses generated by the ATTUMA system are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YUENKU LTD and its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUENKU LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nature of AI Generation: All outputs provided by this Service are generated by artificial intelligence models and do not constitute a legal expression or commitment by YUENKU LTD. The outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or fabrications; they are for your reference and entertainment only.

No Professional Advice: You should not treat the output as professional advice. Specifically, regarding medical, legal, financial, or other professional matters, the Service does not constitute any advice or commitment and does not represent opinions in any professional field. If you require such services, you should consult qualified professionals and make decisions under their guidance.

Usage Guidelines: The output of this Service should not be the basis for your further action or inaction. You should scientifically and rationally understand and legally use generative AI technology.

Assumption of Liability: You shall bear all consequences and responsibilities for any judgments made or subsequent actions taken based on the output, including risks arising from reliance on the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.
