Content and Safety Policy

Users must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction to register for or use ATTUMA.

Fictional minor characters may appear only as narrative NPCs in age-appropriate stories and non-intimate conversations. They cannot be dating targets or enter crush, couple, spouse, beloved, romantic, sexual, or intimate relationship stages.

ATTUMA does not provide or permit pornography, sexually explicit descriptions, erotic role-play, sexual services or transactions, sexual coercion, child sexual abuse or exploitation content, or content intended for sexual gratification.

Users must not request, induce, or attempt to bypass safeguards to generate such content. Fictional minor characters must never be sexualised or adultised.

The Service must not be used for illegal activity, harassment, hate, threats, extreme violence, fraud, privacy or intellectual-property violations, encouragement of self-harm, grooming of minors, or conduct that endangers individual or public safety.

AI output must not be presented as a real person's identity, professional advice, or proof of fact, and the Service must not be used to manipulate, deceive, or exploit others.

We may refuse violating requests, remove violating content, restrict relevant features, or suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
